TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

GAMUT

3 sizes of boxes for standard size filters:

3.6.2 (L305 x H610 x D292 mm), 6.6.1 (L610 x H610 x D150 mm) and 6.6.2 (L610 x H610 x D292 mm).

2 filter depths:

150 mm and 292 mm.

Type of filters supported (to be ordered separately):

High efficiency:

ePM1 60% (F7) or 80% (F9): FR MPC, compact mini pleating, thickness 48 or 150 mm.
ePM1 60% (F7) or 85% (F9): FR MP GD, mini multi-dihedral pleated, high flow, 292 mm thickness.

Very high efficiency:

E11, H13, H14: FR EFI MPP, mini deep pleating, thickness 150 or 292 mm.
E11, H13, H14: FR EFI MPM, mini multi-dihedral pleated, high flow, 292 mm thickness.

Activated carbon:

FR CO, compact activated carbon, 292 mm thick.

DESIGNATION

APPLICATION/USE

Air extracted in microbiological safety laboratories (containment level P3 or P4).
Pharmaceutical, chemical or nuclear industry.
Bio-technological centers, hospitals and veterinary institutes.
Replacement of filters without risk of contamination: ideal solution for installations where operators or the environment cannot be in contact with contaminants (particles or molecules) found in the filter or housing.

CONSTRUCTION/COMPOSITION

Box and gasket in sheet steel with a thickness of 2 mm, watertight welded and painted white.
Closing system by stainless steel ring supported on the contour of the entire filter.
The ring is actuated by two rotary levers.
Installation of the containment bag by means of a double ring elastic closure (supplied with the equipment).
White painted steel sheet closing door with two buttons.
It is equipped with a safety device that does not allow the case to be closed in case of incorrect installation.
Connections of the box to the network by pre-drilled rectangular joint.
Pressure taps without connection to the upstream and downstream of the filter.

OPTIONS

Case in stainless steel AISI 304.
Differential pressure gauge.
Other colours available on request.
Installation of the box in structure, upstream and downstream collector (Compo version).
Assembling the battery boxes:
In series for double or triple levels of filtration.
In parallel to very high flows to be treated.
Connection for pressure tap.
Class 4 watertight seal according to EN 1751.
Support panel for filter replacement.
